Christmas 2012

We spent this Christmas in Massachusetts with Eric's side of the family. Whenever we visit, the trip flies by too quickly, but it is nice that we get to see so many family and family friends! Most exciting was that we got to meet Alli and Penny's new little cousin, Dean. Penny and Dean are about 4 months apart so that will be fun for all our future family get-togethers! The babies did great, Alli had fun getting lots of attention from the grandparents and Eric and I enjoyed catching up with everyone. Penny did start full-fledged separation anxiety the week before we went so lucky Mama and Daddy had to hold her almost the whole time. But she gave lots of smiles and had a great time! Actually, on the last day she seemed to snap out of it so Grammie was able to sneak in a few snuggles before we had to leave. We are blessed to have such wonderful and generous family!  It was a very Merry Christmas!
