6 Months

Penny is 6 months! She decided to roll over just in time for her six month birthday. Her doctors appointment was actually five days early and she had yet to roll over. I put her on her tummy right before leaving for the appointment just in-case she decided she wanted to go into the appointment with that checked off the list. Nope. The doctor wasn't concerned though and said she was pretty sure she would roll over in the next few weeks. Sure enough after we got home from the doctors office she rolled over. A few times. Silly girl. She is in the 91% for length (27in), 82% for weight (18.1lbs) and something like 61% for head size(43in).  She loves to reach out and touch whatever is around her.  If it happens to be Alli, she lets out a laugh. If she drops something, she tries to pick it back up.  She enjoys her baths now, phew. I didn't think that day would arrive. She was probably about 5 months when magically she stopped crying at bathtime. We started rice cereal and she knew exactly what to do with the spoon! All that time watching her big sister!
