Hotdog!
Penny found these guys at Alli's friend's house and was saying "Hotdog! Hotdog!". I spent a while looking for a hotdog and then realized that meant the song "Hotdog hotdog hot diggity dog" from Mickey Mouse clubhouse. She carried them around the playdate with her.
