It was fun to fit in one University of Texas football game before we move away! Shaun bought tickets of craigslist and our seats were excellent! An amazing 101, 624 fans were in attendance to watch UT beat Rice University 34 - 9. It was quite an experience!

We were blown away by the tailgating at this event. We found a parking spot on top of a garage which overlooked all of the action. What a fun view for us! Our neighbors Ken and Shirley had made us a huge BBQ farewell dinner with all sorts of sides and desserts so we brought that for a tasty tailgate dinner.

The moon was very bright that night. We could see the moon over the capital building from our parking spot when we returned after the game.
