Making Tortillas

In May, we took a kids cooking class at the rec center. The theme was mexican and we and learned to make tortillas from scratch and use them for fajitas, burritos and enchiladas. Alli's favorite part was kneading the dough to the song (sung to the tune of row row row your boat) "Knead knead knead your dough, gently push and pull; Make some pasta or some bread, until your tummy's full!"
