Baby Dog
Anyone that has spent some time with Alli knows that she loves pretending she's an animal. Primarily dogs and cats, but we've experienced quite a variety. Most often she calls herself "Baby Dog" or "This Cat" and we've found she also uses it as her scapegoat when doing something that's not quite desirable or that she should NOT be doing. We kinda play neutral with the animal thing, don't necessarily encourage it or discourage it. But after Alli was dying to get her face painted at the Easter Festival with the Johnson's (they waited in line for over an hour before finally convincing her to give up and go get ice cream) I picked up some face paint the other day and painted "Baby Dog". Boy was that a hit!
