Thriving in the Humidity

Well apparently Alli thrives in the humidity! We took a trip to FL to visit Grama & Papa for two weeks and she managed to cut 4 molers, outgrow 3 shoes, several outfits, gained a couple pounds and seems to have officially made the transistion to full blown toddler. She's be-boppin all over the place now and talking up a storm. Mary Layne came back from Charleston with us for the week, and was such a big help with Alli. We think she even says "Mary Layne" now! We went to the pool at Aunt Sara's condo, the beach, storytime at the Library, Papa's office, and the farmers market at Park Avenue. She absolutely loved seeing Grama & Papa as well as saying their names. This morning at breakfast she stopped in the middle of a bite and started saying "Pa Pa, Pa Pa, Pa Pa". Awe, it must be so confusing to her that we live no where near any of our family! The 5 hour flight home was quite a "toddler" experience, with a loud protest against going to sleep (and No, she didn't sleep for ANY of the flight). Luckily we were on a plane full of families coming back from their Disney World vacations, so it was quite noisy! The little boy next to us didn't even notice Alli kept bopping him with her blanky since he was zoned into his headrest TV show.
