8 Months

SOOOO Big! Alli responded to "How Big's Alli?" the other day (after about a 7 second delay) those hands went up to say "So Big!" She did it several times throughout the day, but seemed to have forgotten it the next day!

Playtime has moved up a level. We now love to pick up small items and move them around from hand to hand, dropping them and picking them up. Especially her big buttons which are very entertaining. She has fun taking the socks and tights out of the drawer. And her forward and backward "heavily-mom-assisted-8-month-old-level" summersaults we learned in a class get a good giggle.

The first tooth has made an appearance. Just a tiny little poke through, but enough to cause friction on the spoon! Click here for more pictures from the last month http://www.kodakgallery.com/I.jsp?c=11recms3.340te8ff&x=1&y=w45gl8&localeid=en_US

The baby legs have been a lifesaver for this wish-washy weather we've had. And they completely extend the life of all her pants she keeps outgrowing!

She is getting so big and grown up looking. Not so baby-like anymore, but that can be bittersweet!!! I can't wait to interact with her next week.
